Join our Data Products team as a Data Analyst focused on our benchmark dataset.
Translate business questions from sales, customer success and people science into data answers and ad-hoc analyses.
Support custom benchmark creation for strategic deals and maintain documentation for accessible data.
Build and improve Looker dashboards and self-serve tooling to empower teams.
Collaborate with data scientists to understand and maintain benchmark pipelines and support broader analytics with dbt and dashboards.
Develop domain knowledge of the dataset, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to scalable data solutions.
