Java Developer/Full Stack Developer:
Design and develop Java/J2EE-based microservices applications, contributing to hands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security. Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Experience with Kafka/MQ, MongoDB, Docker/Kubernetes, and design patterns a plus.
