Lead data center construction projects from concept to completion, including build-to-suit and speculative developments.
Own portfolio performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety while ensuring adherence to design intent and company standards.
Collaborate with design teams to uphold design integrity and resolve construction challenges related to the design.
Develop staffing plans, manage budgets, and drive bidding and contractor negotiations with a focus on lean construction.
Mentor a best-in-class project management team and cultivate strong relationships with General Contractors and regional deployment partners.
Demonstrate proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a positive, customer-service oriented approach while advancing development best practices.
