Associate System and Data Analyst

The role focuses on supporting and analyzing the GOLDesp-based system to manage aircraft inventory, orders, procurement, repairs, and scheduling.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues in a customer-support capacity while testing software of a complex nature.
Collaborate with process owners, analysts, programmers, and DBAs to gather requirements and implement robust solutions.
Clarify basic requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and assist in moderately complex test development and execution.
Provide training and documentation in line with department standards and deliver timely responses to issues across regions.
This on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to meet contractual deadlines and performance metrics.
