Lead pre-construction activities for high-profile critical infrastructure projects, guiding design development and commercial alignment from enquiry to handover.
Oversee multi-disciplinary design development through RIBA Stages 3–5, driving value engineering and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate technical submissions, estimating inputs, and scope development to meet agreed deadlines.
Manage relationships with clients, consultants, design partners, and subcontractors, chairing design workshops and leading site surveys.
Support procurement and programme planning, developing tender and pre-construction programmes for accurate resource forecasting.
Identify and mitigate commercial and design risks while enabling seamless collaboration with delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
