Lead and grow a research team focused on contextual security in GenAI, from fundamental research to production-ready defenses.
Identify unsolved privacy and security challenges through auto-red-teaming and prioritize work that protects critical products.
Develop post-training data and tooling to improve model capabilities, validating hypotheses with evaluations and red-teaming.
Contribute robust defenses into GenAI models (including Gemini) and generalize them into reusable libraries and frameworks.
Scale impact through publications, open-source contributions, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Manage a team of 5-10 researchers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align security priorities with product needs.
