Corporate Counsel

Lead all day-to-day legal functions for multifamily development projects and joint venture documentation from a Carmel, Indiana office.
Draft, review, and negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, land-use and development agreements, construction contracts, and subcontractor agreements.
Oversee due diligence, including title and survey reviews, and manage construction financing processes through successful project closings.
Negotiate and structure joint ventures and investor-side documentation while guiding entity formation and governance.
Manage corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and internal policy development; serve as primary liaison with outside counsel.
Provide proactive, business-oriented legal guidance, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
