Collaborate with product and strategy teams to explore opportunities for ecosystem-wide improvements in the international short-video space.
Lead data analysis on negative content risks and guide governance from issue discovery, metric definition, governance measures, to experience protection.
Assess the effectiveness of governance measures and design policy mechanisms at the account level to strengthen compliance.
Employ A/B testing, causal analysis, and quantitative modeling to identify opportunities and risks, and develop unbiased metrics for iteration.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations for content ecosystem strategies.
