Lead and oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of HV/MV/LV electrical systems for mining and processing facilities.
Coordinate the electrical engineering lifecycle from concept through commissioning and handover, including substations, e-rooms, and MCCs.
Perform protection and coordination studies (Arc Flash, Short Circuit) and ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, and MSHA standards.
Manage contractor oversight, RFIs, schedules, and cost estimates while upholding safety and reliability objectives.
Support commissioning and operational readiness through startup, testing, and handover to operations.
Leverage data analytics and reporting to optimize performance, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement.
