Lead data science initiatives focused on trust and safety for a large consumer AI platform, shaping how users interact with characters and experiences. Partner with product and engineering teams to design user-centered metrics, dashboards, and experiments that quantify online harms and safety outcomes. Define clear questions, translate findings into actionable product improvements, and drive implementation with engineering and data infrastructure teams. Own the development of scalable data systems, tools, and processes to support rapid experimentation and evidence-based decision making. Guide a data science program capable of standing up the necessary tools and systems as the company scales, including two-sided ecosystems of Creators and Users.
