Customer Service (Afternoon/Overnight)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver prompt, in-person and phone support to customers.
Analyze needs and provide clear solutions or escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database.
Provide product information and assist customers through their purchases.
Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policies, and be flexible to work afternoon or overnight shifts.
