Define and execute the long-term engineering strategy aligned to business growth and resilience.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior engineers and managers across multi-disciplinary teams in cloud-first or hybrid environments.
Bridge hands-on delivery with executive decision making, driving automation, tooling, and best practices.
Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across engineering operations while partnering on roadmaps and budgets.
Onsite five days a week in Maidenhead, accountable for budgets, headcount, and delivery of scalable, secure cloud solutions.
