Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Express AI Foundations

Lead and implement the AI framework for Express, integrating agentic, construct, imaging, motion, and personalization AI capabilities.
Build and operate end-to-end systems including microservices, data pipelines, LLM orchestration, model integration, databases, caches, and analytics to support creative workflows.
Design and scale large-scale data and inference infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment using Spark, Kafka, Flink, and other distributed frameworks.
Develop high-performance runtime services for inference and orchestration with strong observability, fault tolerance, and low latency.
Apply advanced caching and storage strategies to optimize cost and efficiency across AI workloads.
Collaborate across teams to define technical direction, implement best practices, and ensure production-grade ML systems used by millions of creators.
