Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver electrical deliverables on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards for industrial projects.
Review and approve electrical deliverables, validate estimates, and track changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Set design criteria, incorporate client requirements, ensure permitting readiness, and enforce NEC and applicable codes.
Plan, organize, and communicate work to the team, leadership, and clients while managing schedule, budget, and quality controls.
Develop conceptual layouts, detailed designs, calculations, and specifications; produce bid packages and support procurement and vendor reviews.
Coordinate across disciplines, mentor staff, contribute to training, and lead interoffice execution to deliver scope on time and within cost.
