Tune the dialog engine to leverage private domain knowledge in the cloud, enable real-time multilingual translation, and maintain a small memory footprint and low latency.
Champion engineering best practices, emphasize reliability, and build robust logging, tracing, and metrics for observability and debugging.
Collaborate with ML, application, product, and support teams to rapidly iterate, collect data and feedback, and deliver scalable features across multiple use cases.
Bring a strong CS foundation, 5+ years of experience building systems at scale, and the ability to research requirements and propose innovative solutions independently.
