Senior Data Scientist (Python, Spark, SQL, Hadoop, XGBoost, Transformers, RNN, LSTM, Decision Tree, Regression)

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, implement, and scale AI/ML models for personalization and data-driven decision making.
Lead end-to-end data science projects, from scoping and experimentation to deployment and impact evaluation.
Develop scalable models using Python, Spark, SQL, and big data technologies (Hadoop) to derive actionable insights.
Build and optimize models such as XGBoost, Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs, and tree-based methods with a focus on performance and fairness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex results to stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions.
Stay current with industry trends, contribute to reusable assets, and mentor colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
