De functie
Design, implement, and scale AI agents that generate game code and drive goal-directed behaviors in real-time environments.
Define orchestration for single- and multi-agent systems and develop reusable agentic frameworks (planning, memory, policy adaptation) for creator extensibility.
Lead initiatives in hierarchical reinforcement learning, AI planning, goal inference, and world modeling to enable persistent, believable agent behavior.
Collaborate with engine teams, designers, and product managers to unlock innovative use cases in gaming, simulation, and interactive storytelling.
Shape the long-term vision and roadmap for agentic AI offerings, focusing on modularity, usability, and performance across platforms.
Establish best practices for model quality, evaluation in simulation, and ML/AI safety within real-time systems.
