De functie
On-site HR leadership overseeing all HR functions and serving as a trusted partner to department leaders.
Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding to ensure a strong, consistent hiring process.
Support employee relations by guiding investigations and applying policies fairly and consistently.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and internal policies; facilitate coaching, performance documentation, and corrective actions.
Lead new-hire orientation and ongoing training to promote culture, service standards, and operational excellence; manage HR administration including personnel files, payroll support, benefits communication, and HRIS updates.
Drive engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives while collaborating with regional HR to ensure consistency and shared success across the portfolio.
