De functie
Provide phone-based unemployment insurance (UI) claim support and information to claimants and employers.
Process UI claims, enter data into benefit systems, and respond to routine inquiries via inbound calls and online forms.
Deliver accurate guidance on UI rules, eligibility determinations, and the appeals process with a professional, empathetic demeanor.
Document all customer contacts and ensure data accuracy while escalating priority issues as needed.
Operate in a fast-paced environment with strong computer navigation and data entry skills, including typing at 40 WPM.
Collaborate with teammates, welcome feedback, and stay flexible to scheduling and workload changes.
