De functie
Participate in the full cycle of financing transactions, from origination and structuring to client pitches and internal memos.
Analyze and understand transaction structures across asset classes, including Digital Infrastructure ABS, Bespoke Loans, and Whole Business Securitizations.
Prepare client materials and lead or participate in client calls and meetings, pitching new ideas and market updates.
Coordinate execution with sales, trading, risk, legal, compliance, and other deal parties, ensuring timely and compliant closes.
Develop new products and platforms to deepen credit and loan financing capabilities while tracking industry developments.
Support senior team members, manage opportunities, and maintain high work quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
