De functie
Own end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles by partnering with Senior Leadership and Hiring Managers to define talent needs.
Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance and drive improvements.
Supervise and guide the Talent Assistant to ensure efficient handling of administrative responsibilities.
Screen resumes, conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, administer assessments, perform reference checks, and extend offers.
Leverage a mix of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods, including career fairs, online job fairs, and community networking to attract high-quality candidates; support short- and long-term temporary staffing and internal transfers.
Onboard new hires, gather feedback to improve the process, and stay informed on local employment screening and offer-related regulations.
