De functie
Coordinate logistics operations to verify orders, inventory, and arrange transportation to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
Place and expedite orders; verify items shipped by matching bills of lading and reconcile quantities, noting discrepancies.
Keep customers informed about item availability, shipment dates, methods, and current status, and respond to inquiries.
Communicate clearly with vendors, field operations, office teams, and ADAPTS teams; utilize transportation management systems to assign and track workflow.
Maintain daily logs of work in progress and end-of-day reports; problem-solve issues to maximize production.
Require prior shipping/receiving experience, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or GED; 7/7 night shift with full benefits.
