De functie
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles from interns to director-level, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring logistics.
Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, timelines, and success profiles, serving as a strategic thought partner throughout the process.
Manage multiple high-volume requisitions with quality, speed, and consistency; develop sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
Lead and continuously improve the onboarding experience, creating onboarding packets, schedules, and 30-60-90 day frameworks to set up new hires for success.
Support day-to-day People Operations and HR administration; maintain accurate employee records and coordinate with external HR partners and vendors.
Track recruiting metrics, provide insights to leadership, and contribute to engagement, culture initiatives, and scalable people processes.
