De functie
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a personalized and caring service to address inquiries.
Process financial and non-financial requests, including status checks, data changes, and required forms across multiple systems.
Convey policy information and procedures with accuracy while guiding customers to timely resolutions.
Resolve complex issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Participate in comprehensive paid training and work varied shifts from 7am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, in a hybrid work setting.
Aim to exceed expectations through strong problem solving, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.
