Director, Enterprise Communications

Citizens is seeking a Director, Enterprise Communications to serve as a senior strategic communications counsellor supporting the company's enterprise narrative, technology communications, corporate reputation, innovation agenda, and issues management efforts. This highly visible role will partner closely with the Head of Enterprise Communications to help develop and execute communications strategies that advance Citizens' business priorities, strengthen its reputation, and position the company for future growth. The role will serve as a central connector across executive leadership, business lines, media relations, corporate affairs, technology, and transformation initiatives to ensure a cohesive and compelling enterprise story. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable advising senior executives, shaping strategic narratives, leading cross-functional communications efforts, preparing leaders for high-profile engagements, and managing complex reputational or business issues.
