De functie
Lead growth across DoS and civilian agencies by identifying, qualifying, and shaping high-value opportunities valued at $50M+.
Own designated civilian portfolios, developing account plans and cultivating executive relationships with DoS contracting officers and program offices.
Partner with capture managers, solution architects, and proposal teams to deliver compelling, differentiated proposals.
Foster strategic teaming with large primes, SIs, and technology partners to strengthen competitiveness.
Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and disciplined forecasts using CRM, while tracking competitive trends and customer priorities.
Align pursuit strategies with IT modernization, cybersecurity, and AI/ML capabilities, and adhere to corporate growth processes and gate reviews.
