De functie
Plan and host executive-level seminars (4–5 per month), coordinating venues, vendors, guest communications, and post-event follow-up. Deliver client interaction and executive-facing support to leadership to enhance the client experience. Manage CRM data and workflows (Redtail is a plus) to strengthen client relationships and event outcomes. Create and publish social media content to support corporate events and brand presence. Demonstrate detail orientation, professionalism, and strong organization while collaborating with internal teams in an in-office Houston area setting. Work Mon–Thu 9–5 and Fri 9–3, with 4–5 evening seminars per month and additional compensation.
