De functie
Lead development of advanced ML and AI solutions for mortgage analytics, prepayment and default forecasting, including deep learning and NLP methods.
Design and deploy LLM-based tools to automate research workflows and extract insights from unstructured mortgage data for trading and risk decisions.
Build and optimize data pipelines fusing traditional mortgage datasets with alternative data sources for high-dimensional modeling.
Ensure model risk governance and robust monitoring in line with SR 11-7, with transparent performance tracking.
Partner with Trading, Research, Technology, and Risk teams to embed ML-driven insights into pricing, hedging, and portfolio strategies.
Drive thought leadership in AI for structured finance, mentor junior staff, and develop best practices for generative AI applications.
