De functie
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions across clinical, R&D, and commercial life sciences data.
Enhance data pipelines, storage, and data quality to enable reliable model training and reproducibility.
Research and apply cutting-edge AI techniques, including generative models, NLP, and deep learning, in production environments on cloud or on-prem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining loops, and model governance to ensure robust, compliant solutions.
Travel as needed and participate in a hybrid work model with on-site client engagements and remote collaboration.
