仕事内容
Manage daily operations for inventory, shipping/receiving, and production materials to ensure timely availability and accurate control.
Oversee ERP-driven purchasing, requisitions, stock levels, cycle counts, and expiry processes to maintain data integrity.
Lead space management across drum room, quarantine, cold storage, cages, and other storage areas while ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP/CGMP, IATA, DOT).
Collaborate with production and project teams to plan materials, implement cost-saving sourcing (Kanban, blanket POs), and prevent delays.
Manage vendor relationships for shipping, waste disposal, cleaning, and repair of laboratory equipment; facilitate onboarding and administrative tasks.
Provide reporting and analysis using MS Office, maintain SOPs for inventory/shipping, and demonstrate problem-solving, adaptability, and multitasking.
