仕事内容
Lead detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial interior and exterior renovations.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, narratives, and site photos to define scope and risk.
Develop estimates using PlanSwift, STACK, ProEst, or On-Screen Takeoff; prepare pre-bid packages.
Coordinate with field personnel and project directors to confirm site logistics, phasing, and risks.
Lead outreach to subcontractors and vendors for pricing, scope clarification, and bid leveling.
Manage bid communications in ITB platforms and support handoffs, change orders, and process improvements.
