Lead and mentor a senior electrical engineering team delivering advisory and engineering design for power and utilities.
Develop concept-to-detailed designs, ensuring end-to-end execution across exploration, development, operation, and repowering.
Engage with clients, build relationships, win work, and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.
Drive business growth through pursuit development, scope definition, manhour estimation, and proposal planning; PE licensure is required.
Provide technical leadership in power systems, protection and control, SCADA, and renewable energy, including modeling (SKM ETAP) and energy storage.
Collaborate with account managers and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and support strategic project development.
