Lead the design, development, and deployment of optimization models across the Middle Mile supply chain, translating business needs into rigorous mathematical solutions that improve network design, inventory placement, and operational planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into optimization models, even when requirements are fuzzy or dynamic.
Apply metaheuristics and other optimization techniques to innovate and improve existing processes.
Explain and justify modeling approaches to stakeholders and executives, highlighting expected business impact.
Independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and data quality.
Explore projects such as scenario-based network analysis, inbound network design, and annual operating plans for middle-mile optimization.
