Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to research, implement, evaluate, and productionize cutting-edge machine learning models.
Apply AI/ML principles across NLP, information retrieval, deep learning, and GenAI to build scalable customer-facing features.
Develop and optimize algorithms for scalable GenAI applications and address real-world use cases.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders; communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Own end-to-end model lifecycle management, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, monitoring, and explainability.
Stay at the forefront of AI research and contribute to reproducibility and best practices in production systems.
