Lead the design of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) for Life Science and Industrial projects, guiding the team from concept through construction documentation.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, delivering high-quality design solutions and supporting proposal efforts.
Drive project leadership, coordinate with clients, and manage scope to ensure schedule and budget alignment.
Collaborate across markets and geographies to broaden knowledge and deepen expertise in building systems design.
Leverage Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM to develop accurate models, drawings, and specifications.
Operate as an independent self-starter, travel up to 25%, and pursue licensure (PE preferred; EIT active) to advance professionally.
