Builds and communicates a clear strategy, prioritizes use cases by value, and drives production-ready AI models.
Oversees cross-functional teams of data scientists, analysts, product managers, and engineers to realize business value.
Establishes best practices, data governance, and MLOps standards to ensure reliable, observable, and self-service platforms.
Develops talent through coaching, mentorship, succession planning, and partnerships; fosters a data-driven culture.
Requires deep technical expertise in ML, cloud, data warehousing/lakes, and agile leadership to navigate complex enterprise challenges.
