仕事内容
Join a fast-paced litigation team in Chicago focusing on professional liability and insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts.
Handle litigated general and professional liability coverage and bad faith matters while analyzing coverage issues and drafting coverage positions.
Prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions, and maintain clear client communications with regular reports.
Participate in status conferences, depositions, hearings, and mediations, contributing to strategy and case management.
Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff to execute complex and contentious litigation.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of litigation experience, insurance coverage exposure, basic state and federal litigation familiarity, excellent writing and research skills, and an active Illinois bar license.
