Senior Backend Engineer – Observability & Evals Platform

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support observability, tracing, monitoring, and evaluation workflows.
Collaborate on architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
Optimize storage and query performance for high-volume data using Postgres, Redis, and ClickHouse.
Ensure system reliability through strong testing, monitoring, and alerting; troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design and API references; work closely with cross-functional teams on feature rollouts.
Candidate should have 5+ years of backend experience and proficiency in Python or Go, plus cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
