Collect, clean, and analyze People-related data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, surveys, and business systems) to inform decisions.
Own the Crunchr people analytics platform and drive the internal product roadmap for people analytics.
Partner with business leaders to diagnose challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Productize insights into regular decision-making for the People team and other stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses across hiring, retention, performance, and culture; build data models to understand retention and performance.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies.
