Oversee daily transportation operations for a large fleet, supervising 40 drivers.
Ensure on-time store deliveries and maximum tractor utilization.
Manage inbound reverse logistics, dispatch scheduling, and load optimization.
Maintain driver safety and regulatory compliance with FMCSA/DOT and Hours of Service requirements.
Develop driver training, retention, and work-life balance programs while driving idle reduction and MPG improvements.
Foster a safety-minded culture and collaborate with drivers through regular coaching and performance reviews.
