Assistant Manager, Process Improvement & Data Analytics

As an Assistant Manager in Safety Operations, you will translate complex safety policies into scalable, executable workflows and deploy them across the platform.
You will lead targeted safety projects and partnerships to develop early preventive measures and help shape a proactive safety culture.
In Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring, you will track, analyze, and present safety data to benchmark Malaysia against internal standards and market trends.
You will define KPIs and partner with BI teams to build dashboards and tools that monitor policy execution health.
In Process Improvement & Quality Assurance, you will identify bottlenecks, drive automation, and design a rigorous QA framework for all execution teams.
Based in Petaling Jaya and reporting to the Head of Platform Safety, Malaysia, this role requires strong SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, data storytelling, and a bias for scalable, efficient processes.
