Senior Software Engineer - Amazon Connect

Own and operate the AWS-based UK Contact Centre platform with a focus on delivering scalable, secure services.
Work with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and a front-end portal built on top of Amazon Connect.
Develop, test, and deploy software end-to-end, driving best practices, code quality, and operational excellence.
Collaborate across teams in an Agile environment to estimate, scope, and plan work and align with target architecture.
Hybrid role based in Nottingham with in-office presence three days a week and participation in incident management and on-call rotation.
Requirements include production-grade experience in Node.js/JavaScript or Go, serverless AWS experience, TDD, IaC, Jenkins CI/CD, and strong backend design skills.
