Launch Industrial Engineer

Lead lean manufacturing initiatives on the plant floor, collaborating with production, engineering, and Core Teams to implement optimized processes.
Analyze throughput data to identify bottlenecks, establish standardized work, and drive continuous improvement for high-volume manufacturing.
Optimize floor space, materials, personnel, and equipment, and develop standardized work for current and future products.
Support in-plant trials, process changes, and implementation plans while addressing ergonomic issues and promoting safety and housekeeping.
Coordinate cross-functional problem solving, training, and execution plans to meet customer needs and support launches.
Stay current on product developments and lean manufacturing trends, contributing to global launch processes and related initiatives.
