仕事内容
Own and evolve observability as a product, building paved roads, dashboards, and alerting patterns to improve signal quality and time-to-detect.
Serve as the hands-on SME for the observability toolchain (Datadog, CloudWatch, OpenSearch), delivering templates and ‘known-good’ instrumentation.
Onboard and support teams, run office hours, triage platform requests, and define SLIs/SLOs without reinventing the wheel.
Maintain golden paths for logging, metrics, tracing, and dashboards, plus reusable alerting templates tuned for action.
Embed telemetry checks in CI/CD and security workflows, and partner with Security/Compliance to support auditability.
Track platform observability KPIs, run experiments to improve signal quality, and pursue cost-aware telemetry optimization.
