The Marketing Technology, AI, and Analytics (TAA) team leads high-impact cross-functional programs spanning infrastructure, software, and data.
Own end-to-end program lifecycle with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Partner with engineering leaders to design technical solutions that meet business needs while aligning with architectural vision.
Drive technical decision-making, resolve cross-team conflicts, and remove obstacles to progress.
Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and influence product roadmaps based on technical constraints.
Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery and performance.
