Lead Software Engineer (15+ years' experience - Java, Spring Boot, DevOps, GenAI)

Seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in architecting high-performance Spring Boot microservices and delivering enterprise-grade platforms built for scalability and low latency. You will lead and mentor a software engineering team, set coding standards, and drive design and code reviews while breaking down architected solutions into executable tasks. You will architect and evolve an Agentic AI Platform that supports multi-agent orchestration and integrations with enterprise microservices, exposing RESTful and gRPC APIs to connect backend services with front-end applications. You will integrate enterprise-grade LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen, implementing Model Context Protocol and tool interoperability. You will work closely with product owners, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams across time zones to define and deliver the platform roadmap, ensuring observability, security, performance, and cost optimization. This role is hybrid—days in the office will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
