Staff Software Engineer – Open Banking (AI-first team, Java, AWS, GenAI, 6-10 years' experience)

Lead the design and implementation of new features and systems for Open Banking integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Build high-performance APIs that integrate with both documented and undocumented banking interfaces.
Co-develop features side-by-side with GenAI agents to dramatically increase speed-to-market and code quality.
Own end-to-end cloud delivery in AWS/Kubernetes/Docker, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
Experiment with Generative AI models (transformers, LLMs, multimodal) and tools to enhance API integration, anomaly detection, and automation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, contribute to an AI-first engineering culture, and participate in on-call rotations for reliability.
