Staff Software Engineer, Agentic AI Systems

Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI agent systems that operate reliably at enterprise scale.
Own end-to-end architecture across agent orchestration, sandboxed file systems and code execution, latency optimization, and execution environments.
Collaborate with ML engineers to define system architecture and drive performance, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor engineers, set coding standards, and raise the bar for engineering excellence across the team.
Partner with security, product, UX, and customer success to deliver robust, enterprise-grade AI products.
Maintain hands-on contribution and ship at startup pace while balancing speed, quality, and observability.
