Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Planning (SP&A)

Own and drive enterprise-wide budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning across real estate segments and corporate support teams.
Develop and present quarterly board materials and executive reports, including liquidity forecasts and financial ratio analyses.
Build and analyze enterprise financial models, conduct downside and scenario analyses, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with real estate divisions (Apartments, Office, Retail, Community Development) and corporate functions (Accounting, Tax, Legal) to ensure accurate planning and reporting.
Lead process improvement initiatives, best-practice sharing, and analytics/software implementation to enhance business intelligence.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
