仕事内容
Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals in a multi-site environment.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VPN access, and network connectivity to restore productivity.
Image, configure, deploy, and maintain endpoint systems following standardized procedures.
Support onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning, MFA setup, and access changes.
Maintain accurate asset inventories, ensure patching and endpoint security compliance, and document procedures in the knowledge base.
Collaborate with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Security teams on IT projects and site deployments; on-site role with potential after-hours work.
